A Treasure Chest of Opening with Deb Neubauer
WOW. Really there are no more words to explain the week-end of Anusara Yoga with Deb Neubauer, visiting from the states. It was full of rich insights, thought-provoking contemplations and an inspiring asana practice. I feel that all those who were able to attend left feeling nourished from experiencing their 'side body long' and 'inner body bright'.

It was such a wonderful reminder of why I love this method of yoga. While I was feeling tightness in my hamstrings, I was inspired by Deb to keep working, keep hugging to my mid-line and from there, from that place of steadiness my body and heart opened for me. It took an ordinary moment of just breathing to an extraordinary experience.
