April is about Attitude!!

I have to say that I have never quite experienced weather like I have here, in Ireland. Everyday has presented itself in a new and with a fiery attitude. Bright and sunny, blustery and cold, rainy and grey, sunny and rainy, there is no opportunity for boredom and one always has to be prepared! I do love it because it there is always something new and fresh to experience!! The weather here is full of Attitude!!

This month is coming in like a lion and I hope we go roaring out with beautiful sunny skies and an opportunity to play on the yoga mat. So make sure to join me at the following workshops this month.
