Coming up soon one of my dear students and friend will be leaving us to return home to New Zealand. She will be sorely missed with her bright spirit and energy but as a new yoga teacher, I know she will be inspiring people in New Zealand with her great smile and personality. 

In honor of Rosh leaving Ireland, I have put together a 1 day retreat combining yoga and horseriding up in Ravensdale. It will be an amazing day, so if you know Rosh, then make sure to join us! This retreat is almost sold out so don't delay as spaces are limited!  There is no better way to spend the day then with friends, doing some yoga, eating great food and seeing the world from the back of a horse!
