Those moments are the best aren't they. Don't you feel you do that more since you started practicing yoga? It's amazing how a smile can shift your day and rather than looking for one you offer one.

Hi from Yoga Fox Studio
I have been teaching in my studio many years and find men slow to take up yoga but when they do they keep up the practice.
Out of an average class of 20 there are usually only 2 men.
I would also like to add none of them have ever looked like the man in your picture!
